Complete Drive Solutions
Falk's Drive One product line is available as a "Complete Drive System" for
conveyor applications. Drive One is offered in 9 sizes of pre-engineered
assemblies, all mounted on a common swingbase. The swing base assembly is shaft
mounted via Falk's exclusive TA Taper bushing system, and utilizes a foot
mounted motor and flexible or fluid coupling. All drive systems are available
with guards, torque arm connection, choice of cooling options, backstops,
brakes, inching drives, and various maintenance options.
The Drive One product range is suitable for conveyor powers from
25 HP (20 kW) to 1000 HP (750 kW), using either NEMA or IEC frame motors. The
universal housing can be mounted on either horizontal face to provide a single
spare unit for either right or left hand configurations.
Drive One is a universal drive solution that features 6 sided horizontal or
vertical mounting capability, in torques from 58,000 "# (6600 Nm) to 840,000 "#
(95,000 Nm). Product features include:

Other drive versions include motorized, shaft-mounted, alignment-free, mixer,
