GMax 6000 is designed to provide superior wear protection in the most demanding gear drive applications. GMax 6000 is a Polyalkylene Glycol based lubricant or PAG. PAG synthetics have exemplary lubricating properties over traditional Polyalphaolefin or PAO Synthetics and mineral oils. The viscosity index of PAG lubricants is double that of PAO lubricants. This means that a PAG will perform much better over the range of operating temperatures experienced by an industrial gear drive.
