Warranty Information

TA Taper Bushing Removal Guarantee - Quadrive Shaft Mounted Drives & Ultramite Gearmotors/Gear Drives using TA Taper Bushings. Removal of Falk drive from the driven shaft is guaranteed, regardless of length of service or operating conditions. This guarantee applies exclusively to Falk Quadrives, and Ultramites that are damaged during the removal process, provided that Falk recommended removal procedures are followed. This guarantee shall not apply to damage caused to, or by, any components of the system that were not provided by Falk. This guarantee only applies to the basic drive and bushing, not any applicable accessories.

GMax Lubricant 6000 - The gearing in Falk drives factory filled with GMax 6000 lubricant shall be warranted for a period of ten years from the date of shipment against tooth failure due to excessive wear or surface distress. This warranty is limited to surface hardened gearing only and is fully dependent upon the proper maintenance and care of the GMax lubricant. This includes, but is not limitied to, documentation of regular and customary oil sampling to ensure performance of the lubricant. This warranty dos not cover bearing, seals, through hardened gearing, or other parts of the gear drive.

GMax Lubricant 9000 - While using GMax 9000, Falk will guarantee expedited delivery of 10-weeks, or less, for any replacement through-hardened pinion, and 15-weeks or less for any replacement carburized and ground pinion. This guarantee will be in effect as long as Gmax 9000 lubricant is used. Falk will issue a Delivery Guarantee Certificate alone with an official inspection report upon completion of an initial pinion inspection. The certificate must be included with the purchase order for the new pinion.
